West Conshohocken Eatery And Bar, Imbibe, Shuts Its Doors
The local restaurant and bar closed its doors for good last month, after being open for just six months.
WEST CONSHOHOCKEN, PA — A local restaurant and bar that opened up in February has closed its doors just six months later.
Imbibe, located on 101 Ford Street, inhabited the former home of Stella Blu.
According to Philly.com, the establishment closed due to "internal issues." Further details were not available.

Imbibe featured a cocktail bar with a unique menu of snacks, starters, and full plates. Some specialties included lamb meatballs, fried babyback ribs, crispy gnocchi, trout, and skate.
