118 North Hosting New Year's Eve Party With New Food, Drink Menus

WAYNE, PA — A music venue in Wayne has had a rebirth, now offering Americana food concept and new quality cocktail and beer program. And you can enjoy the new offerings at a New Year's Eve.

118 North, located at 118 North Wayne Ave. in Wayne, is now a destination for dinner as well as live music.

The venue brought together Chef Biff Gottehrer of Ardmore's Ripplewood, Talent Buyer Chris Perella from the Ardmore Music Hall, and Producer Kenny Kearns of Wayne Music Festival fame together to change things up at 118 North, which originally opened in 2018.

118 North hosts international, regional, and local talent such as Tommy Conwell, The Skatalites, Richard Lloyd of Television, Marah, Sean Kelly of The Samples, Huffamoose, Yellowman, Bonerama and many more.

Features at the newly reopened venue include dinner seating in both bar & stage rooms; a beautiful stage and GA dance floor; a wide variety of specialty cocktails, beers and wines; innovative Americana cuisine by Chef Gottehrer; a state-of-the-art sound system; and top-notch talent in a warm and friendly atmosphere.

From Rock & Roll to Americana, funk, roots, jam, blues, pop, and singer-songwriters, there’s live music for everyone’s taste to enjoy, against the backdrop of impeccable food & drink.

118 North will host a special New Year’s Eve party with 23-piece Brazilian Samba/funk outfit PhillyBloco! where guests will be treated to an all-inclusive ticket featuring Ripplewood-style food (playing off Chef Gottehrer’s 3-bell rated sister restaurant program).

Tickets also includes an open bar.

PhillyBloco is known for bringing an impressive display of choreography and music with the energy of a classic Brazilian blocos of Rio de Janeiro, and will get the audience dancing their way into 2020 in style. All tickets include a champagne toast at midnight.

You can also join 118 North for their new “Dinner & a Show" series, a dining and musical experience happening on Sundays. Entry costs $5.
