299 New Coronavirus Cases, 14 New Deaths In Delco Over Weekend

DELAWARE COUNTY, PA — Delaware County saw nearly 300 new cases of the coronavirus over the weekend, according to Monday's data.

Updated figures provided Monday show 299 new cases have been identified since Friday. The county now has 3,405 cases.

Upper Darby still has the highest concentration of cases with 578.

There are 183 cases that have not had locations identified as of Monday.

Men account for 42.73 percent of all county cases, while woman account for 55.54 percent of cases; 1.73 percent of cases have not had genders identified.

To date, the county has received 7,955 negative coronavirus test results.

Additionally, 14 new deaths were reported since Friday, bringing the county's death toll to 145.

Marple has seen Delco's most coronavirus related deaths, with 21 as of Monday.

Six deaths have not had locations identified.
