9/11 Memorial Service Scheduled For Delco

On the morning of Sept. 11, Delaware County residents are invited to attend the area’s annual September 11 Memorial service in Rose Tree Park.

Starting at 10:30 a.m. at the Law Enforcement and Fire/EMS Memorial in Rose Tree Park, the ceremony will remember those lost in the 9/11 attacks 14 years ago.

A memorial to Timothy P. Soulas, a Cardinal O’Hara High School graduate who died in the attacks, was dedicated in Rose Tree Park in 2009.

Rose Tree Park is located at 1671 N. Providence Road.
