The Browning Lane Little Free Library in Radnor has announced its summer story hours for this year.
RADNOR, PA – The Browning Lane Little Free Library in Radnor has announced its summer story hours for this year.
The story hours are as follows:
- Tuesday, June 8, 6 p.m.: Ardmore children's book author Hallee Adelman will read two of her books from her Great Big Feelings series, including Way Pay Worried and Way Past Jealous.
- Tuesday, June 15, 6 p.m.: Music teacher at Wayne Elementary Ross Fry loves to tell stories through song and musical instruments.
- Thursday, June 17, 12 p.m.: Rising eight grader Grace Vauclain and friends will lead stories and crafts based on the theme of colors.
- Tuesday, June 22, 6 p.m.: Police Chief Chris Flanagan and the Radnor Police Department.
- Thursday, June 24, 12 p.m.: Postal Carrier Lawrence Jones will take a break from his busy route for some reading in the shade.
- Tuesday, June 29, 6 p.m.: Conestoga Village neighbor and retired teacher at Rosemont School of the Holy Child Jean Moore will tell Kamishibai stories, a form or Japanese storytelling using large illustrated cards.
- Tuesday, July 13, 6 p.m.: Neighbor, sourdough bread baker and founder of Wild Yeast Bakehouse, John Goncher will read stories about bread baking.
