Cops Shovel Main Line Couple Out After Snow Removal Crews Don't Show
After the couple's regular snow removal company didn't show up for days, a couple cops grabbed shovels and went to work.

Tredyffrin Township Police sprang into action Wednesday evening to help an elderly couple who was plagued by snow.
According to police, a couple on Casset Road in the township asked for help from police after their regular snow removal company didn't clear their walkways and driveway for two days.
Cpl. Dori and Ofc. Smethers of the Tredyffrin Township Police Department showed up and saw the driveway was iced over.

The men in blue suited up and got to shoveling the couple's walkway while Abel Brothers Towing of Malvern arrived to clear the icy driveway, allowing the couple to leave their home safely.
This is the second instance of Main Line area police stepping up to give the community some TLC during nasty weather, as a Lower Merion Township Police officer shoveled an elderly resident's driveway Wednesday morning.
