DELAWARE COUNTY, PA — The newly-formed Bringing Back Delco Task Force and Delaware County officials are hosting a digital seminar Wednesday focused on how "yellow" designation will affect the county and what exactly it means.
The free webinar will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday.
