Fireworks, Wiffle ball, More Coming To Encke Park Wednesday
Fireworks are set to go off at about 9 p.m. Wednesday in the park after a night of wiffle ball, raffles, music, and more. See details here.
RADNOR, PA — Radnor's Encke Park will play host to a special wiffle ball event, complete with fireworks.
The fun starts at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, July 24 in the park as Night at the Ball Park and the Encke Ball Park Wiffleball Classic kicks off.
A fireworks display will begin at about 9 a.m. Fireworks will blast off from the Cappelli Driving Range, located next to Encke Park, and last about 15 minutes. If Radnor gets rain, the fireworks show time may be adjusted slightly.

The event is free to attend and will feature wiffle ball tournaments, bounce houses, community businesses, concessions operated by Radnor Wayne Little League, and free raffles with the chance to win prizes such as baseball game tickets and summer prize buckets

The John Cappelli Driving Range and Encke Park will be closed all day on Wednesday, July 24 for fireworks preparations.
Drivers should use extra caution when traveling in and around the Encke Park/Radnor Township Building Complex during the 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.
There will be minor traffic implications due to this event.
There will be parking available at the Radnor Township Municipal Building.
