Flood-Impacted Residents Can Get Help In Radnor

RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA – Delaware County Emergency Management has coordinated relief efforts with local municipalities and the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA) to open Individual Assistance Centers to residents recently affected by severe flooding in our area earlier this month.

Residents of Radnor, Darby, and Upper Darby were among the hardest hit areas during the storm and flooding on Aug. 13.

Centers will be open in those municipalities Friday, Aug. 31 and Saturday, Sept. 1, the county said. See full details on each center below.

At the centers, residents will get help with reporting damages and be connected with volunteer service agencies that are offering additional assistance.

Members of Delaware County Emergency Management will be on location at all three centers to assist residents in filling out forms to register for financial relief.

Delaware County is reminding residents who were impacted by recent flooding that the deadline for reporting damage is approaching.

Darby

• Saturday, Sept. 1 from 9 a.m. to noon

Upper Darby
