Frank initially worked for about eight years in Quality Control at Weissglass Dairy in Staten Island, NY. He then continued using his Quality Control expertise working in the medical device industry for C. R. Bard. During his 17 year tenure, he served as the plant manager of several facilities in New Jersey, Massachusetts and Georgia. Frank finished his career working in both quality control and production roles for Confab in King of Prussia, PA.
Frank loved working with his father and siblings on the family farm in his youth and that interest continued to find expression throughout his life, particularly through his love for landscaping and gardening. One of Frank’s most prized possessions was a 1960’s vintage Wheel Horse Tractor, originally owned by his father, which he used when working on the family farm and continued to use for landscaping and snow plowing throughout his life.

Frank regularly sought to give back to the community through his time and talents. As a result, Frank and Nina have been active in their church, St. Thomas of Villanova, through the Faith Formation for Youth program, Eucharistic Minister, led the Rosemont Presbyterian Community Eucharistic prayer service and the Lazarus ministry which assisted those grieving the loss of loved ones. During his life, Frank was active in the Knights of Columbus, Big Brothers and Junior Achievement organizations.
One of his greatest loves was to spend time and tell stories with his family including his children, their spouses and his grandchildren. Frank frequently attended his grandchildren’s sporting events, musical performances and other activities but, perhaps most important, he was often heard to provide invaluable “words of wisdom” to family members and friends. Frank was a long-time fan of the local sports teams and was thrilled to watch the Eagles take home their first Super Bowl Championship as well as the Villanova Wildcats win their third overall and second NCAA Basketball Championship in the last 3 years earlier this year.
Frank is survived by his wife, Nina, of nearly 58 years of loving marriage, their three sons and their spouses, (Greg and Camille, Tom and Julie, and Mark and Debra), and his grandchildren: David and his spouse, Mary Cullen, Daniel, Nicholas, Ben, Maria, Emily, and Michael.
Frank was predeceased by his parents, Pasquale and Caterina, his brothers, Monsignor John and Pat, and his sisters, Mary and Loretta. Frank is survived by his brother, Michael, and his sisters, Rose and Louise, as well as many nieces and nephews.
