Free Trees Available For Radnor Residents
Radnor Township residents can get a free tree thanks to the Radnor Conservancy's tree giveaway program.
RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA — Radnor Township residents can sign up to get one of 382 free shade trees for their homes thanks to the Radnor Conservancy Free-Tree Giveaway.
Those who register to get a free tree can learn how to plant and care for the trees on the pick up dates. You can pick up trees from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, April 27 and 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Sunday, April 28 at the Radnor Township Building, 301 Ivan Ave. in Radnor.
There is a limit of two trees per household. Trees will only be given to Radnor Township residents.

Tree species choices include sugar maple, hop hornbeam, redbud, oak, holly and more. Check the sign-up page for more species information. As quantities are limited, trees will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis.

Trees will be provided in 2- to 5-gallon containers and will be 4 to 6 feet tall
All trees must be planted on personal property and should not be planted under or near overhead wires.
