RADNOR, PA — Harvest Seasonal Grill & Wine Bar in Radnor is hosting an all plant-based four-course dinner in September, complete with a special wine pairing.

The Radnor location of Harvest is hosting the dinner at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 12.

Dinner costs $59 with wine pairings and $39 without — plus tax and gratuity — and will feature a menu put together by Executive Chef Josh Short.

The dinner begins with a first course of Roasted Beet Tartare, paired with Pinot Grigio, Zensa (Italy).

Guests can enjoy a second course of Green Apple Fattoush Salad paired with Chardonnay, "Katherine's Vineyard," Cambria (Santa Barbara).

The main entrée featured Impossible Root Vegetable Lasagna, paired with Merlot, Benziger Family Winery "Reserve" (Sonoma).

For dessert, guests will enjoy an 'Oatmeal Raisin Cookie' Crisp paired with Porto, Taylor Fladgate, Late Bottled Vintage Port (Portugal).

Reservations can be made by calling your local Harvest location to reserve your spot.

"Our original plant-based dinner back in May was so popular among all of our locations that we knew we had to do it again," said owner Dave Magrogan. "Harvest continues to focus on providing innovating and fresh plant-based options on each menu as they change with the seasons, and these dinners are just one small peak into what we have to offer at our restaurants."
