Help Clean The Willows Mansion In Villanova On June 30

VILLANOVA, PA – You and your family and friends are invited to help beautify the mansion in the Willows Park Preserve this weekend at a community clean up event.

From 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 30, those with a mine for gardening and possess a green thumb are invited to the cleanup event at the Willows Mansion.

Coffee and donuts will be on site at 9 a.m. to give volunteers fuel for the cleanup day.

Clean up activities include cleaning beds, pruning, planting, sweeping, and power washing.

Volunteers are asked to bring rakes, shovels, and gardening gloves. Sneakers or work boots are recommended for volunteers.

Register to participate in the cleanup at the Wild About the Willows registration table at the mansion’s front door at 9 a.m.

Parking is available in the lower lot.

In the event of inclement weather, the cleanup will be held July 1 at the same time.

The Willows Park is located at 490 Darby-Paoli Road in Villanova.
