King Of Prussia Road Has Reopened In Radnor

A vehicle struck the SEPTA/Amtrak bridge at King of Prussia Road near Matsonford Road in Wayne.

On December 9, 2020, at approximately 9:25am, a vehicle struck the SEPTA/Amtrak bridge at King of Prussia Road near Matsonford Road in Wayne. The truck had a portable moving container as cargo and the container became wedged during impact with the bridge. Radnor Police Department and Radnor Fire Department responded to the scene. No injuries were reported. The accident scene was cleared and King of Prussia Road is now open. Stay safe, Radnor!

ABOUT RADNOR TOWNSHIP POLICE DEPARTMENT: Police Superintendent Christopher Flanagan oversees the Department which is staffed by 44 sworn Officers as well as full and part-time civilian staff which consists of: 1 Supervisor of Parking and Auxiliary Services; 2 Administrative Assistants; 4 Part Time Meter Inspectors; and 9 Crossing Guards. The cornerstone of the Radnor Police Department is community based and oriented policing.
