Message From Radnor Police Department: DELCO 911 System Fully Operational

During the evening hours of December 24, 2020, the Delaware County 911 system experienced operational delays. The loss of emergency communication impacted Radnor Township Police, Fire and EMS dispatch operators. The Radnor Township Police Department immediately formed a multi-disciplinary team, including IT and emergency operations professionals, to respond to emergency calls from our community. We thank you for your cooperation as we quickly assembled our team at the Radnor Township Municipal Building and endeavored to deliver unprecedented service during these unprecedented times.

If during the course of the evening any Township resident was unsuccessful in reaching either 911 or the Radnor Township Police Department directly, we would like to know. It is our goal to meet the ever changing needs of our community and we would like the opportunity to hear from you so we can fully understand the impact of this interruption on our community.
