Music Man Brings Affordable Family Fun to the Area
Local community theater brings a broadway classic to the stage Thursday and Friday evening and Saturday afternoon.

There is a lot of great community theater on the Upper Main Line and around the Western Subrubs of Philadelphia.
The King of Prussia Players, who always stage big Musicals in a big way is bringing family-friendly fun to the stage this weekend in the Broadway classic The Music Man. Â It's a show about a musical con man who arrives in River City and turns a small Iowa town on its ear through music.
The musical first hit broadway in 1957 but its themes and songs like 76 Trombones, Wells Fargo Wagon, Til There was You, and more have proven to be timeless musical theater classics.
The show runs Thursday and Friday nights at 7:30 and Saturday at 2 p.m.Â
B101 DJ Mark Shepperd will be a guest conductor for the Thursday night performance.
