Police: Assault Charges After Road Rage Incident in Wayne
Radnor police say a Massachusetts man almost ran over a resident on North Aberdeen Avenue after a delivery truck blocked his car.

A Massachusetts man faces a simple assault charge after Radnor police say he almost ran over a township resident earlier this month, according to the Delaware County Daily Times.
Lee Sinkow, 30, of Watertown, Mass., faces one misdemeanor charge of simple assault and one misdemeanor for reckless endangerment, court records show. He has been released on $10,000 unsecured bail.
According to the Delco Times, a woman on North Aberdeen Road in Wayne contacted police after the alleged road rage incident on May 16. She told officers that Sinkow was stuck behind a delivery truck and grew visibly frustrated. The victim was unloading groceries at the time, and offered a suggestion to the driver.

The report says that the driver gave an angry response, then threw a plastic bottle at the victim. When the woman confronted Sinkow, he allegedly accelerated his car toward her. The victim was forced to jump on the hood to avoid getting struck and was briefly carried before Sinkow stopped the car, according to police.
Sinkow drove away from the scene and later reported the incident to the Radnor Police Department. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 4 at 8:30 a.m. before Judge David Lang.
