Radnor Hosting Family Yoga Online Wednesday
Families can join the digital yoga class Wednesday evening online.
RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA — Families are invited to join a digital yoga class hosted by the Radnor Township Recreation and Community Programming Department Wednesday.
The family yoga class is being held Wednesday from 4:30 p.m. to 5:15 p.m.
Lyndsy Wittmer, pediatric nurse and certified yoga instructor, will lead the class.

The class will focus on introductory yoga and move through a series of basic yoga poses and learn how to use breath as a tool to calm and refocus, reset, and recharge.
