Radnor Shifting Trash, Recycling Pickups For Good Friday

Additionally, the township said yard waste collections will resume April 16.

RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA — With the Good Friday holiday being next week, Radnor Township is shifting its trash and recycling collection schedule to accommodate the holiday.

Next week, collections will be suspended on Friday.

District 1 will have trash and recycling collected on Monday, April 6 and Wednesday, April 8, respectively.

Trash in District 2 will be collected Tuesday, April 7, while District 2 recycling will be collected Thursday, April 9.

Yard waste collections will resume Thursday, April 16 and Friday, April 17. Crews will resume weekly yard waste pick up every Thursday and Friday after that.

Yard waste collections will go on if public works equipment holds up and crews avoids a wide-spread exposure to the new coronavirus

The township said yard waste collection will be suspended before other services if public works trucks break down or if team members contract the virus.
