Radnor Township Man Arrested For Lewdness, Indecent Exposure

A man in Radnor Township has been arrested for allegedly, on multiple occasions, masturbating while peering into a neighbor’s home.

As reported by NBC 10, Kevin Hartman of Wayne was caught by a neighbor “masturbating into a recycle can in his backyard,” while peering at the neighbor’s young daughter. The neighbor, according to the report, took a photo of Hartman, and later caught him on several other occasions, although the incident Wednesday was the first time she had caught him looking at the daughter.

According to court records, Martin has been charged with nine counts of indecent exposure, eight counts of open lewdness, eight counts of Harassment - Course of Conduct W/No Legitimate Purpose, eight counts of Harassment/Lewd, Threatening, Etc. Language, eight counts of Disorderly Contact/Obscene Gesture or Language and a single count of Corruption of Minors. He is currently confined to Delaware County Prison and has not been able to post bail.
