Property Assessors Surveying Radnor Through June 2020
As part of Delaware County's property tax reassessment project, contractors will be in Radnor surveying properties through June 2020.

RADNOR TOWNSHIP, PA – With Delaware County's major property tax reassessment project in full swing, Radnor Township officials are letting residents know assessors will be in the township surveying residential property.
According to officials, crews with Tyler Technologies – the project's contractor – will be in Radnor now through June 2020 gathering data for the county.
Tyler crews can be identified by their bright work vests with "TYLER" on the back and by their Delaware County issued photo ID badge.

At each property, data collectors will knock on the door before proceeding with data collection.
If an adult is home, the collectors will ask a series of questions relevant to the property characteristics – such as room count, basement area, type of heating/cooling, date of last remodel, and more.

Tyler Crews will never ask to be invited into the home.
