Vehicle In Villanova Restaurant Parking Lot Was Site Of Theft
Radnor Township Police say a man was looking through parked vehicles, entered one that was unlocked, took items, then hid from police.

RANDOR TOWNSHIP, PA — A man who police say was trying to break into vehicles in a Villanova restaurant parking lot is charged with theft from a motor vehicle.
Radnor Township Police reported Jeremy S. Baen, 44, of Upper Darby, was seen entering an unlocked vehicle and taking items out of it on Oct. 3. Answering the report, police arrived in the 700 block of E. Lancaster Avenue Saturday.
According to police, Baen was hiding between the parked vehicles before he was taken into custody. He was found to have in his possession items that were reported stolen, said police.

Baen is charged with Theft from a Motor Vehicle, Receiving Stolen Property, False Identification to Law Enforcement and Public Drunkenness.
Baen is at George W. Hill Correctional Facility awaiting court appearance, having failed to post bail, police reported.
