VILLANOVA, PA – Villanova University reported three new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday, according to newly update health data.

According to the university's spring 2021 COVID-19 dashboard, there are an estimated 37 active COVID-19 cases at the university and 1,101 estimated cases that have fully recovered.

There were 745 total COVID-19 tests reported Tuesday, 713 of which were surveillance tests and 32 of which were diagnostic tests.

As of Tuesday, there were 412 bed available, with 10 students in isolation and eight students in quarantine.

Students who test positive for COVID-19 or are identified as close contacts and live within 300 miles of the university will be sent home to isolate or quarantine. Those individuals are not included in the isolation and quarantine bed count.
