Have you ever ordered 'Sean's Latte' at the Gryphon Cafe? Ever wonder who 'Sean' is and how that latte came about? 'Sean's Latte' is a "little bit of vanilla, a little bit of caramel," said Jaryd Tookmanian, a barista at the Gryphon.

The signature latte was named after a former, longtime regular, Sean, who is now rubbing elbows with the stars in Hollywood and has written a book.

Sean ordered the vanilla-caramel latte approximately four to five times a day, said Tookmanian, which is how the motto for the latte came about: "Every day, several times a day."
