Township is giving away a "beautiful, professionally installed street tree" to one lucky household

Radnor Township, along with the Radnor Conservancy and Chanticleer Foundation, are giving away something very unusual- a tree.

Yes, Radnor residents can register for the chance to win what the Township calls “a beautiful, professionally installed street tree.”

“In an effort to keep Radnor streets green and tree-lined, the Chanticleer Foundation, Radnor Township and the Radnor Conservancy have teamed up to offer Radnor homeowners the opportunity to have a native species shade tree, such as an oak or a maple, planted along the street in front of their property, in the road right of way,” according to the registration page for the giveaway.
