Yangming: Renovations "Moving Along"

Yangming, the acclaimed Chinese restaurant that was shuttered last month due to a roach infestation, is “moving along” in its renovations, according to a note posted to its website late last week, although the note did not state a timetable for an actual reopening.

“We are happy to announce that renovations to the restaurant and kitchen spaces are moving along very well,” the unsigned note said.

“We are working hard to refurbish our establishment. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please check back soon for more updates on our planned re-opening.”

The restaurant on Sept. 10 said it had hoped to reopen in “8-10 days.” Trucks were seen outside the restaurant doing electrical work last Wednesday.
