Berwyn Fire Co Turkey Raffle & Silent Auction Nov 14

BERWYN, PA – The annual Berwyn Fire Company Turkey Raffle & Silent Auction is back again to give you the chance to win a turkey and other great prizes while supporting the fire company.

The event will be held from 7 p.m. to 9 pm. on Wednesday, Nov. 14 at the fire station.

Attendees will be able to spin the prize wheel and try their hand at the raffle to win a frozen turkey just in time for Thanksgiving. Turkeys come with homemade rolls and possibly even a pie.

Winners are decided by chance alone, so it's not guaranteed you will get a turkey.

During the raffle and prize wheel fun, ticket sellers will go through the aisles selling tickets for $1, 50 cents, or 25 cents, depending on the price cap for that round, each round. After all tickets are sold, the wheel is spun and the winning ticket number is announced.

Attendees can also try to win other prizes through the raffle. Prizes include sporting event tickets, tours of the state capitol, gift certificates to local restaurants and attractions, themed baskets, and much more.

A 50/50 raffle will also be available.

In addition to raffles, local businesses will offer free door prizes.

Those who come to the event will be able to enjoy free hot dogs, pie and baked goods

Below are ways you can help the annual fundraising event:

• Sponsor a Turkey for $25/each
• Donate small denomination ($5-$20) gift cards for door prizes
• Donate items for the silent auction:
  • tickets to sporting events or family activities;
  • attractions and vacation destinations;
  • sponsor a night out on the town provide gift cards ($25-$100) for dining out at local restaurants;
  • or a themed gift basket or individual gift basket items

For every turkey sponsored, each will have a personalized poster for the event.

All turkey, auction, and door prize donors will be listed in our event program. Business logos will also be featured on our Facebook event page.
