Burglars Looking for Booze Leave When Told, According to Police
Two people entered an unlocked Henry Avenue home searching for alcohol and were told to leave, police say.

The following information has been provided by the Tredyffrin Police Department. Any arrests or charges mentioned do not indicate guilt or a conviction.
Burglary... On April 17, at 2:45 p.m., police received a report that two unknown people entered a house on the 900 block of Henry Avenue in Wayne via an unlocked door for the purpose of looking for alcoholic beverages. The reporting party confronted them, telling them to leave, which they did, according to police. Nothing was taken from the home.Â
Harassment... On April 18, at 10 p.m., a 51-year-old Wayne resident was cited for harassment after police say the resident was involved in an altercation.

Theft from auto... On April 19, at 6:21 p.m., police received a report that an unlocked vehicle on Airdrie Court in Paoli had been broken into. A GPS, change and a small amount of money were reportedly taken.Â
Underage drinking... On April 20, at 2:36 a.m., police cited a 19-year-old resident of Whittier, CA, for underage drinking on Henry Avenue in Wayne. Officers detected he had alcoholic beverages on his breath and he was walking with an unsteady gait.
