Chester County Closes Offices, Courts Early
A steady snow since early morning prompts the county to action.
Due to the snow, Chester County offices, facilities and courts are closed for the rest of the day as of 2 p.m. Tuesday.
County and court operations are expected to resume with normal hours on Wednesday morning.
