Easttown Planning Commission To Discuss Devon Yards Plan
Commission will discuss planned development which would contain an Urban Outfitters location
Easttown Township’s Planning Commission will meet next Tuesday to discuss an ordinance related to the “Devon Yards” development proposal by Urban Outfitters, Inc. and Waterloo Devon, LP.
The meeting will take place Tuesday, September 29 at Beaumont Elementary School at 7 p.m.
The Commission will consider whether to amend the Easttown Township Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map for the land development located at the south side of Lancaster Avenue, north of Berkley Road, east of Waterloo Road and west of Dorset Road.
