Easttown Selling Heavy-Duty Trucks

Easttown Township is selling three of its public works vehicles and a 34-foot trailer on Municibid.

As of Tuesday morning, with just under three days left in the auctions, the vehicle with the highest bid is a 2001 Ford F-550 XL Super Duty with dump body. It has 96,000 miles and 37 bids have brought the current price to $7,668. 

The township answers questions on the auction website, such as:

Q: is this a 7.3 or 6.0 diesel? is the truck currrently state inspected? how are the tires? 

A: 7.3L , yes , good condition
