The "coming soon" sign is down and the "Now Open" banner is up at the new Home-ology store (next to Clay's Bakery) on Lancaster Avenue in Berwyn.
The new home interior/furnishings store opened on Saturday. Â According to the Home-ology blog on TE Partch:
HOME-ology is the expansion of Primitiques, Ltd. locally handcrafted furniture, upholstery, woodenware and home decor line. In 2005, Bill & Beth Merryfield of Delaware County, PA. created Primitiques, Ltd. Over the years, Primitiques has become synonomous with exceptional, authentic-looking reproduction furniture as well as creative, original designs. Â
Primitiques' brand expanded their line by adding French Farmhouse (Primi-Chic), Prim-Industrial and High Country (Tiger Maple, Cherry woods and refined paint finish). Â
The Merryfield's hold a firm belief in buying from American Folk Artists and Craftspeople and created a showroom filled with hand-picked, American Made Home Decor, Artwork, Folk Art, Linens, Candles, Artisan Soaps & Spa Goodes.Â
HOME-ology is the next stage of our business. Â
