Loud Obscenities Earn Man Disorderly Conduct Citation, Police Say

The following information has been provided by the Tredyffrin Police Department. Any arrests or charges mentioned do not indicate guilt or a conviction.

Possession... On Wednesday, March 20, at 10 a.m., police charged a 30-year-old West Chester man with possession of a small amount of marijuana and careless driving, after he was pulled over for driving erratically.

Criminal mischief... On Friday, March 22, at 4:11 p.m., a homeowner on the 400 block of North Valley Road in Paoli reported that someone had damaged a sign on the property and ripped fencing and covers intended to deter deer from trees.

Disorderly conduct... On Saturday, March 23, at 7:01 p.m., a 32-year-old Wayne man was cited for disorderly conduct after he was overheard yelling obscenities at another individual on the 100 block of Woodgate Lane in Paoli. 

Underage drinking... On Saturday, March 23, at 10:50 p.m., three adults were cited for underage drinking during a routine traffic stop on Old Eagle School Road in Wayne. They included a 19-year-old Holland, PA, resident, a 20-year-old, Staten Island, NY, resident and a 19-year-old San Marino, CA, resident.
