34-year-old woman arrested by Tredyffrin Police, accused of theft by deception and fortune telling for alleged scam
A 34-year-old Devon woman is charged with scamming clients through a fraudulent “fortune telling” business.
According to 6ABC, 36-year-old Semeinta Siganoff of Devon has been charged with “ theft by deception and fortune telling,” after Tredyffrin Township police investigated her. She was caught after allegedly scamming one particular client of $24,000.
Siganoff’s office was located on the 700 block of Lancaster Avenue in Berwyn.
