New Curbside Electronic, Clothing Collections In Tredyffrin
You can get most of your items collected free of charge thanks to Tredyffrin Township partnering with Curb My Clutter.

TREDYFFRIN TOWNSHIP, PA — Tredyffrin Township residents will have a new service available to them that will help declutter their homes.
The township is working with Curb My Clutter — a recycling group that collects used clothing, footwear and electronics at your doorstep — to help them free up space in their homes.
While most items are free to be collected, standard size TVs, CRT computer monitors, or any size LCD/LED TVs cots $35 and large CRT flat panel (more than 150 pounds), rear projection, or old wooden cabinet TVs cost $100.

Many old electronics have parts that can be returned to the circular economy rather than kept in closets, drawers and basements, the township said.
All residents need to do to use the new service is text "PICKUP" to (610) 347-5027 to schedule a collection.

Additionally, residents can earn rewards for their pickups by sending in pictures of what you'll be recycling
On your pickup day, simply set your things on out on the porch or garage and Curb My Clutter take care of the rest.
Through the service, residents can earn rewards by taking photos of clothing and electronic items for collection and sending them to the number above. Getting the images prior to collection enables Curb My Clutter to optimize its collection routes and sort efficiently, thus reducing operational costs to provide mostly free collections.
Current reward options include Amazon gift cards. If you refer a neighbor to use CMC, you'll both receive an additional $5 Amazon gift card.
Rewards are subject to change. Collection of photographed items must be completed to be eligible for rewards redemption. Photos of TVs and computer monitors are not eligible.
