Passed-Out Driver Had Meth in Hand, Police Say

The 46-year-old Phoenixville man was found on Leopard Road at about 1 a.m. on April 3, according to Easttown police.

DUI... Early in the morning of April 3, just before 1 a.m., police observed a 2009 GMC Denali stopped at a stop sign on Leopard Road near Potter Avenue in Berwyn.

The driver, a 46-year-old Phoenixville man, was passed out inside with crystal meth and drug paraphernalia in his hands, police said.

He was charged with DUI and possession of a controlled substance and paraphernalia.
