Plant Trees With Tredyffrin Environmental Advisory Council Saturday

Join the Tredyffrin Environmental Advisory Council this weekend as it adds more trees to the Open Lands Conservancy Preserve.

TREDYFFRIN TOWNSHIP, PA – The public is invited to join the Tredyffrin Township Environmental Advisory Council and the Open Lands Conservancy on a tree-planting mission this weekend.

Both groups will be planting trees in the Cedar Hollow Preserve, 1635 Church Road in Malvern, for several hours Saturday, Oct. 14.

Community members are invited to join them from 8:30 a.m. to noon.

Those who wish to participate are asked to bring their own shovel, spade, gloves, and water, as well as sun and inspect protection.

In the event of rain, the tree-planting event will move to Saturday, Oct. 21. If the event needs to be rescheduled an announcement will be made the evening of Friday, Oct. 13.
