A 2009 Ocean City High School graduate was identified in a fatal car accident on I-476 in the Radnor area, according to NBC40.
Edward E. Harre, 22 was traveling southbound Friday at a high rate of speed when he lost control, striking the median barrier. Officials said the vehicle then overturned multiple times, when it came to a final stop on the its roof, according to NBC40.
