Recycle Electronics Jan 13 In Tredyffrin Township

Most items are free to recycle, but some larger devices, such as TVs and air conditioners, require a fee to be recycled. See details here.

TREDYFFRIN TOWNSHIP, PA – After the holidays, your home may be cluttered with old electronics that were replaced by new ones you or your family were gifted. Luckily, area residents can safely and securely recycle heir outmoded devices Jan. 13 in Tredyffrin Township.

The township and eForce recycling are partnering up to give residents and small businesses with fewer than 50 employees a chance to safely and responsibly recycle electronic products on Saturday, Jan. 13 from 9 a.m. to noon at Wilson Farm Park.

TVs and Computer monitors will cost $30 to recycle, while microwaves, air conditioners, dorm fridges, and dehumidifiers will cost $10 to recycle. Console and projection TVs cost $100 to recycle.

eForce will provide coupons of equal or greater value provided for all TVs or monitors charged to that person, which allows them to apply it toward the purchase of an item at their retail facility or apply it toward a service, such as computer repair, at their location.

Smoke detectors and large appliances will not be accepted.

  • cell phones
  • calculators
  • dehumidifiers
  • computers

  • air conditioners.

All data and media on devices will be destroyed or wiped.
