REMINDER: Last Day of School Pushed Back
Too many snow days during the winter forced the Tredyffrin/Easttown School District to postpone the start of summer vacation a few days.
With Memorial Day 2105 now in the books, all young eyes look toward the coming start of summer vacation.
Unfortunately, students in the Tredyffrin/Easttown School District will have to wait a little longer than originally scheduled. The snowy winter cost the district some snow days, and now the students, faculty and staff will pay for them in June.
District officials have moved the last official day of school from Tuesday, June 16 to a half day on June 19. According to the district website, the decision was made based on the use of emergency snow days on March 5 and 6.
