Stoga Pioneers Football Team Volunteers at the 7th Annual Upper Main Line Rotary Club Oktoberfest

The Conestoga Pioneers volunteered at the 7th Annual Upper Main Line Rotary Club's October 12th Oktoberfest where the Stoga football players helped over 700 Oktoberfest attendees enjoy a family-friendly day. The entire Stoga football team, ranging from Freshmen to Varsity players, showed up at Rotary's OktoberFest, manning games, helping with pumpkin decorating and face-painting, and keeping the bouncy-houses bouncing with the kids loving every minute of it. For the Pioneers, this was a day of Community Service well spent!

In addition to games and entertainment for kids, OktoberFest offers live music, dancing, German food, and a great beer selection for kids-at-heart. OktoberFest, which takes place on the grounds of Good Samaritan Church in Paoli, is a fundraiser from which 100% of the proceeds are donated to the local community including Community Volunteers in Medicine West Chester; ACLAMO; ARC of Chester County; Daemion Counseling and T&E Cares.
