TREDYFFRIN-EASTTOWN, PA — The "green" phase of Gov. Tom Wolf's plan to reopen the state's economy has officially come to Chester County. So with the "green" phase now in effect, what are the latest coronavirus figures in Tredyffrin and Easttown townships?
In total, both townships account for 211 of Chester County's 3,383 cases, and 16 of its 323 deaths.
Tredyffrin has a case count of 133 as of Friday. That's 0.45 percent of its population, which is 29,522. Twelve people in Tredyffrin have died from the virus to date.

In Easttown, there are 78 reported cases, which represents 0.74 percent of its 10,584 population. Easttown has seen just four deaths to date
Chester County overall has a 65.57 percent recovery rate, according to Friday's data.

So far, the county has received 24,453 negative test results.
In Chester County, nursing home and long-term care facility residents make up 253 of all county deaths. Additionally, the account for 1,014 cases in the county.
