Staff of Easttown Library Named 2020 Library Champions

Every year, the Easttown Library Foundation hosts a Donor Appreciation Reception to recognize library supporters and to honor its Library Champion. Due to the pandemic, however, the Foundation was not able to celebrate this event in person this year. The Foundation Board felt strongly that the Staff of Easttown Library should be named the 2020 Library Champions. The concept behind recognizing a library champion is to honor the contributions and efforts of people who help to make Easttown Library appreciably better than it would be without their dedicated efforts. The Foundation Board wanted to recognize all library staff members for their flexibility, their willingness to step in to help wherever and whenever needed, and their excellent customer service during this challenging year. For many library users, library staff have served as an essential lifeline during this pandemic.
