Stove & Tap Owners Open Revival Pizza Pub In Chester Springs

CHESTER SPRINGS, PA — The owners of Stove and Tap in West Chester just opened Revival Pizza Pub at Weatherstone Town Center in Chester Springs.

Stove and Co. Restaurant Group announced the opening of the spacious 6,700-square-foot space that brings together modern vibes, natural light, oversized windows, and a massive outdoor cafe.

Revival Pizza Pub is both a new brick-and-mortar restaurant and a new hospitality concept by owners Justin Weathers and Joe Monnich, in partnership this time with Hankin Group. The June 18 grand opening came on the heels of recent openings by Weathers and Monnich — West Chester's Stove and Tap and DePaul's Table in Ardmore.

Monnich and his culinary team in Chester Springs will focus on modern American fare including housemade pasta, mussels, handhelds, small plates, and pizza using Monnich's secret sourdough recipe.

At the bar, there are dozens of varieties of Boozy Lemonades, cocktails using fresh homemade mixes, and beer by the draft, can, and bottle. Wine lovers can find natural and biodynamic selections.

Revival Pizza Pub will be open Sunday to Thursday, from 4 to 9 p.m., and Friday and Saturday, 4 to 10 p.m.

"This will be the Revival of suburban dining out after a year of having to do things very differently. We call it a Pizza Pub because we want everyone to know that there is going to be a very real bar scene here — there is delicious pizza but it is so much more than that with housemade pastas, sandwiches, mussels, salads, desserts, and a full cocktail, beer, and wine menu," said Weathers.

"This is another concept that we have tailored to the town and location around us — but it is definitely scalable where we could launch other Revival Pizza Pubs in other areas like we have with Stove and Tap," he added.
