Swedesford​ Road Closing Weekdays Through Early August
Aqua Pennsylvania will be replacing water mains along Swedesford Road in Tredyffrin and East Whiteland townships through early August.
TREDYFFRIN, PA — Swedesford Road will close on weekdays through early August due to Aqua Pennsylvania work, PennDOT said.
According to PennDOT, Aqua Pennsylvania is planning to close Swedesford Road weekdays between Cedar Hollow Road and Valley Road in Tredyffrin and East Whiteland townships.
Work will be done from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on weekdays.

The work will begin Monday, June 8 and last through Friday, August 7.
During the closure, Swedesford Road motorists will be detoured over Valley Road, Yellow Springs Road and Route 29 (Morehall Road).

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays will occur.
