Swedesford Roadwork Continues May 20 to 25

Motorists should expect delays between 6 p.m. and 5 a.m. in Tredyffrin Township, as a sewer main is installed.

Tredyffrin Township to Restrict Swedesford Road for Sewer Installation

King of Prussia – Tredyffrin Township will restrict Route 252 (West Swedesford Road) between Swedesford Road and Cassatt Road in Chester County on Monday through Saturday (May 20-25) from 6 p.m. to 5 a.m. for sewer main installation, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) today announced.

In addition, Swedesford Road between Route 252 (Bear Hill Road) and Route 202 in Chester County on Monday through Saturday (May 20-25) from 6 p.m. to 5 a.m. for sewer main installation.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work zone as delays will occur.

Tredyffrin Township will complete the work under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit. 

PennDOT reminds motorists they can log on to www.511pa.com or call 511 from any phone to check traffic conditions on major highways before heading out.
