T/E Board Gets New Members and New VP

The Tredyffrin/Easttown School Board has re-elected Kevin Buraks to serve a second term as the board's president.  Kris Graham is the board's new vice president.  She succeeds Betsy Fadem who did not seek re-election to the board in November.

Buraks was elected to the T/E School Board in 2009. This will be his second term as School Board president. Mr. Buraks was chair of the Policy and Personnel Committees in 2013. A representative of Tredyffrin Region 1, Mr. Buraks has three children who attend T/E schools.

Mrs. Graham was elected to the T/E School Board in 2011. She was chair of the Legislative Committee and served on the Education Committee in 2013. Mrs. Graham represents Tredyffrin Region 2 and has been a District resident for 32 years.

Joining the Board for the new term:

Doug Carlson was elected to the School Board in 2013 and represents Easttown, Region 3. 

Virginia Lastner was elected to the School Board in 2013 and represents Easttown Region 3.

Scott Dorsey was elected to the School Board in 2013 and represents Tredyffrin, Region 2.
