Thursday Will Be Banner Day in Berwyn

Drivers can expect some minor delays on Lancaster Ave. in Berwyn early Thursday morning.

A public works crew from Easttown and the T/E School District (it's their bucket truck) will be stringing a new banner across Lancaster Ave at 7:30 Thursday morning by Fritz Lumber, just west of the Berwyn train station.

The banner process should only take a short time and police will be on hand to direct traffic through short delays as the banner is strung across Lancaster Avenue.

The banner promotes the annual Berwyn Tree Lighting on December 8 at 6 p.m..
