Tredyffrin Crime Blotter: Burglary, Harassment, Underage Drinking

TREDYFFRIN TOWNSHIP, PA — Police in Tredyffrin Township issued their most recent crime blotter Monday.

The blotter features recent incidents and developments from previous incidents, as well as DUI charges filed.

HARASSMENT
A 53-year-old male from Berwyn, was charged with Harassment after he continued to send unwanted texts to the victim for several months.

BURGLARY
Feb. 11, 300 block of Bear Hill Road in Paoli — Following a thorough investigation of a burglary that occurred in April 2019, detectives charged Brian Doggendorf, 33, of Pottstown, with Burglary, Theft by Unlawful Taking and Receiving Stolen Property.

PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS
Feb. 15, Lancaster Avenue in Paoli — A 60-year-old male from Royersford was charged with
Public Drunkenness after officers observed him to be visibly intoxicated and unable to stand on his own.

RECOVERED UHAUL TRUCK
Feb. 27, Valley Forge Motor Court — While on patrol, officers observed a Uhaul truck that was reported as stolen. The operators — David Ballard, 55, of Bryn Mawr, and Kristen Bazik, 45, of
Rosemont — were charged with Receiving Stolen Property. Both were transported to Chester County Prison to await arraignment.

UNDERAGE DRINKING
Feb. 27, Swedesford Road in Berwyn — Police charged an 18-year-old male from Newtown Square with Underage Drinking after the LYFT driver called to report his high level of intoxication.

The following individuals were arrested for driving under the influence. The lab results and/or chemical breath testing have been officially verified and determined to be unfit to operate a motor vehicle safely on the roadway.

• Eric Fry, 27, of Phoenixville, PA - Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) was .166%
• Tyler Gommer, 22, of Prospect Park, PA – BAC was .022% and marijuana was present in his system.
• Lyric Robinson, 19, of Philadelphia, PA – marijuana was present in her system.
• Moses Woode, 21, of Radnor, PA - marijuana was present in his system.
