TREDYFFRIN TOWNSHIP, PA — Tredyffrin Police issued their newest crime blotter Wednesday.
Incidents included in the blotter occurred between Jan. 2 and Jan. 19.

RETAIL THEFT
Jan. 2, Paoli Acme — Police charged a 56-year-old Phoenixville man with Retail Theft and other summary offenses after he was observed exiting the store with cartons of cigarettes without paying for them.
HARASSMENT
Jan. 4, Painters Lane in Wayne — A 42-year-old woman from Wayne was charged with
Harassment after she was involved in a domestic incident.

THEFT
Jan. 5, Liberty Ridge in Wayne — Police charged Shawn Fonville, 35, of Philadelphia,
with Theft by Unlawful Taking and Receiving Stolen Property after he was captured on surveillance video taking a new laptop that was packaged for FedEx.
PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS
Jan. 9, Stonegate at Devon — A 40-year-old female was charged with Public Drunkenness after officers observed her to be visibly intoxicated and yelling obscenities.
RETAIL THEFT
Jan. 12, Lancaster Avenue in Paoli — Police charged a 39-year-old Paoli woman with
Retail Theft after she was observed pushing a shopping cart full of stolen groceries from Paoli
Acme.
THEFT
Jan. 13, Lifetime Fitness — Four victims reported personal belongings stolen from lockers.
Items stolen included cash and a watch. The case is under investigation.
THEFT
Jan. 15, Church of the Saviour in Wayne — An employee of the church reported his wallet missing from his office. After an investigation was conducted, the actor was identified as a juvenile male. The juvenile (name is being withheld) was charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking and Receiving Stolen Property.
MOTOR VEHICLE THEFT
Jan. 16, Berwyn Collision — A 2013 Lexus RX350 was reported stolen from the lot. It was recovered two days later and returned to the owner. The case is still under investigation.
ATTEMPTED BURGLARY
Jan. 17, 1200 block of Yellow Springs Road in Malvern — Police responded to the report of an attempted burglary. Nothing was reported missing, but glass door panels were kicked in. The case is under investigation.
BURGLARY
Jan. 17, Salem Way in Malvern — The homeowner reported that a Trek bicycle was stolen from their garage. The case is under investigation.
RETAIL THEFT
Jan. 17, CVS in Wayne — The store manager reported two actors concealing merchandise into a “booster” bag, commonly used in shoplifting and exiting the store without paying for it.
Officers were on scene within minutes and were able to locate the vehicle and attempted to conduct a vehicle stop but the operator continued driving. Officers eventually stopped the car
and the driver - Terrell Warner, 37, of Brooklyn, NY was charged with Retail Theft; Possession of an Instrument of Crime; Criminal Conspiracy and Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Police. The
passenger Monica Butler, 35, of Ambler, PA was charged with Retail Theft; Possession of an
Instrument of Crime and Tampering with Public Records.
RETAIL THEFT
Jan. 19, Wawa in Paoli — The store manager reported an unknown actor had stolen packages of Red Bull Energy Drinks and fled the store. When officers checked the registration of the vehicle that the manager provided, it was determined to be stolen. The case is under investigation.
The following individuals were arrested for driving under the influence. The lab results and/or chemical breath testing have been officially verified and determined to be unfit to operate a motor vehicle safely on the roadway.
- Saran George, 28, of King of Prussia - Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) was .180 percent
- Daniel Holenda, 64, of West Chester – Marijuana was present in his system.
- Cananchet Jordan, 23, of Philadelphia - Marijuana was present in his system.
- Victoria Kasper, 22, of West Milford, NJ – BAC was .158 percent
- Reno Lloyd, 23, of Philadelphia – Alprazolam & Oxycodone present in his system.
- Robert McColgan, 43, of Pottstown – BAC was .301 percent
- David Miller, 36, of Toms River, NJ – BAC was .141 percent
- Vishnu Reddy, 35, of Malvern – BAC was .219 percent
